Your body has a natural ability to restore itself back into being well and breath is a gateway. 

Four online private classes (zoom) go for ninety minutes each and include:
taking your Breathing IQ (yes, it does exist),
going over your Goals
(loose weight, tone the core, get more energy, help with muscular pain, heal anxiety, etc),
practicing breath exercises aimed at increasing your natural lung capacity,
activating the nerves responsible for innervating the main breathing muscles,
active recovery two-part breath and guided grounding meditation.
