CANCELLATION POLICY:
As a small business owner, I get very affected by same day cancellations, so I request a 24 hour cancellation notice in order to have adequate time to fill up the spot.
If a client cancels less than 24 hours before their appointment, REGARDLESS of the reason (medical, familial or otherwise), there is $100 late cancellation fee.
