It is called Brain Buttons. I have learned it years ago from the Educational Kinesiology, Brain Gym. I successfully used it in my own life, in bodywork session with my private clients, and it is my wish for more people to learn about safe and easy ways to help themselves. For best results, practice it in the morning upon waking up, and at night before falling asleep.
